GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE SCHOOL
  • Courtesy and Discipline:
    Every student of the school is expected to exhibit courteous behavior in speech and conduct at all times. Any form of discourtesy will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
  • Suspension and Dismissal:
    The school reserves the right to suspend or dismiss students. Reasons for such action may include irregular attendance, habitual neglect of duties, unbecoming behavior, actions detrimental to the moral tone of the school, insubordination to authority, or any other serious misconduct.
  • Damage to School Property:
    Any damage caused to school property, including ink stains, writing on walls, or damage to furniture, must be compensated by the offender. Additionally, a fine may be imposed by the Principal.
  • Leave Policy:
    Leave will only be granted upon a prior written application from the parents or guardians, subject to the Principal's approval. Absence without prior permission for six consecutive days may result in the student's name being removed from the rolls. Re-admission may be granted upon payment of a fresh admission fee.
  • Withdrawal of Students:
    The Principal reserves the right to ask parents to withdraw their children if they fail to comply with school regulations, or if the parents themselves fail to cooperate with the school.
  • Leaving School Premises:
    No student is permitted to leave the school premises during school hours or recess without prior permission from the Principal.
  • Visitors and Guardians:
    Students are not allowed to meet parents or visitors during school hours without the Principal's consent.
  • Tiffin Box and Water Bottle:
    Tiffin boxes and water bottles must be sent with the student at the start of the school day. For safety reasons, items brought later will not be handed over to the student.
  • Extra-Curricular Activities:
    Students may be required to stay back or return to school in the evening for sports practice or other school-related activities, as needed.
  • Transportation:
    The school does not provide transportation facilities. Parents are responsible for arranging the conveyance and ensuring the safety and security of their ward while traveling to and from school. The school will not be held liable for any mishap that may occur during transportation.

  • ALTERATIONS TO RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • These rules may be revised or amended solely through a resolution passed with a two-thirds majority of the members present at a duly convened meeting of the Managing Committee.
